Breathwalking for Chronic Hepatitis C Patients TECHNIQUE: Breathwalking (BW) — NOT traditional KY class format. DESIGN: Uncontrolled pre-post study. POPULATION: N=17 chronic HCV patients (11F/6M, mean age 51); serological + molecular (PCR) diagnosis; not receiving interferon. SETTING: Civil Hospital of Guadalajara, Mexico. DURATION: 6-month program. BREATHWALKING: A Kundalini Yoga-derived walking/breathing exercise program (specific technique details referenced in paper).
