Systematic Review of Kundalini Yoga RCTs Across Health Conditions DESIGN: Systematic review (and possibly meta-analysis) synthesizing RCT evidence on KY. SCOPE: Exclusively focused on RCT evidence for KY across health conditions. INTERVENTIONS SYNTHESIZED: • KY protocols including pranayama, asana/kriya, meditation, chanting • Delivered in person, online, or hybrid formats • Duration: 6 weeks to 12 months (most 8-12 weeks) • Frequency: once weekly to daily practice OUTCOMES: Pre-specified validated measures for cognitive function, psychological symptoms (anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD etc.). NOTE: This is a systematic review, not a primary study. It synthesizes existing RCT protocols. The paper itself does not administer an intervention.
