Mantram Meditation for Pediatric Anti-GD2 MoAb 3F8 Pain PROTOCOL: Single-session meditation intervention during immunotherapy treatment. TECHNIQUE: Mantram (chanting/mantra) meditation — rhythmic, melodic sounds to slow breathing and induce relaxation response. SETTING: Outpatient pediatric oncology clinic during anti-GD2 monoclonal antibody (3F8) infusions. DELIVERY: Administered during treatment sessions to manage acute infusion-related pain. FEASIBILITY: 71% of patients completed a session at first (n=19) or second attempt (n=5). OUTCOME: Patients received fewer analgesic doses when participating in meditation (mean = 0.4 dose, p < 0.01). NOTE: This is specifically mantram/mantra meditation applied during acute medical procedures, not a multi-session KY class program. Retrospective analysis of children with neuroblastoma.
