Systematic Review/Meta-Analysis: KY for Mental Health DESIGN: Systematic review and meta-analysis of RCTs. SCOPE: KY interventions for mental health disorders. DATABASES: Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane Library. INCLUSION: Studies with individuals diagnosed with mental health disorders or assessed for mental well-being, comparing KY to other interventions. QUALITY ASSESSMENT: Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool and GRADE approach. RESULTS: 6 RCTs met inclusion criteria. FINDINGS: KY significantly reduced symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD and improved overall well-being. CBT showed slightly better long-term outcomes in some studies. LIMITATIONS: Moderate risk of bias, challenges in blinding, small sample sizes. NOTE: As a systematic review, this study synthesizes existing intervention protocols rather than implementing its own.
